Southern Good Faith Fund helps provide the connection between employers and the workers they need, and helps ensure that low-income workers find careers with opportunities for advancement and earn wages that can support a family. Specifically, our role is to:
- Work with employers to understand and keep abreast of their workforce needs.
- Develop job training and education programs based on employers’ needs.
- Provide supports to low-income workers to help them move up their career ladder.
- Connect workers, employers, colleges and universities, government, and community-based organizations to meet the mutual needs of employers and low-income workers.
