Southern Good Faith Fund's Career Pathways program meets two very important needs in our region--the need of businesses to hire skilled labor and the need for low-income adults to find employment that is gratifying and pays enough to support their families.

Our Career Pathways program helps low-income adults move up their chosen career ladder. Our pathways are a series of connected educational programs that enable students to combine school and work and advance to better jobs and higher levels of education and training.
